Decanting (the act of pouring a wine into a Specific container just for respiration) is usually a controversial issue among wine fans. Besides aeration, decanting which has a filter allows the removal of bitter sediments which will have fashioned during the wine. Sediment is more widespread in older bottles, but aeration could reward more youthful
